Job Title: Parts Quality Analyst

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $32-$36/hour

Employment Type: Temporary (1-month assignment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Quality Analyst to support part quality inspections and supplier claims at our Headquarters. This role ensures accurate inspection processes, manages damage/defective claims, and coordinates with internal departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer part quality checks for current and incoming stock.
• Coordinate inspections and rework activities across departments.
• Submit and manage supplier claims for damaged/defective parts.
• Track inspection status and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Manage quality announcements and system flags (AMOS, Smartsheet).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; automotive experience required (2-4 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Experience with parts catalogs, Adobe Suite, and Smartsheet dashboards.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
